SAI LUBAN LTD specializes in cross-border transportation for plastic machinery parts and related commodities. We provide full container load (FCL), less than container load (LCL), air freight, international courier, land transportation, and multimodal transport services.
The default place of departure is designated production bases in China (e.g., Zhejiang, Guangdong). Door-to-door pickup from other warehouses or addresses may be arranged upon mutual written agreement. Destinations cover major global trading markets, including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. We support delivery to customer-specified locations such as warehouses, commercial addresses, or overseas warehouses of cross-border e-commerce platforms.
Shipping costs shall be subject to the rate stated on the order confirmation page. The cost includes basic freight, export customs declaration fees, origin loading and unloading fees, ocean terminal handling charges / airport handling charges, and storage fees within the agreed period (normally no more than 7 calendar days; overtime storage shall be charged at actual cost).
The above cost does not include import duties, VAT, consumption tax, customs clearance fees, inspection fees, delivery fees, remote area surcharges, or other additional charges in the destination country/region. Such fees shall be borne by the customer. Prior to order placement, the customer may consult us for integrated services such as “door-to-door delivery with customs clearance and duties included” (priced separately). We will clearly disclose the detailed cost breakdown and excluded items upon order confirmation to avoid subsequent disputes.
The transportation timeframe shall be subject to the final confirmed shipping order. Reference for standard transit times:
The actual timeframe shall be determined based on departure point, destination, transport mode, and customs inspection conditions.
We shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, wars, air route controls, port/airport strikes), changes in customs policies, incorrect/incomplete/expired clearance documents provided by the customer, non-compliant packaging, or the customer’s failure to pay destination taxes promptly. However, we will notify the customer of the latest progress, delay reasons, and estimated recovery time within 24 hours via email, SMS, or telephone, and provide necessary assistance (e.g., document templates).
From the time the goods are received and dispatched from our warehouse until signed for by the designated consignee, in the event of damage, loss, shortage, or contamination, the customer must submit a written claim to us within 48 hours of receipt (24 hours for fragile goods), supported by photos, packing lists, and proof of delivery. Failure to claim within the time limit shall be deemed acceptance of the goods in good condition.
Compensation standards:
We shall not be liable for inherent quality defects, natural wear, improper packaging, false or incorrect declaration, force majeure, detention or destruction due to destination policies, or loss caused by the customer/consignee failing to inspect goods promptly after signing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, taking into account applicable laws of the destination (e.g., CISG for EU, UCC for the U.S.).
Any dispute shall first be settled through friendly negotiation within 30 calendar days. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the competent court at our registered address, or submit to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Beijing, in Chinese or English.
